Artist Portfolios User Agreement
- The content and information included in the Art Portfolios is provided by the artists and subject to change without notice. Artfinity is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information.
- All art negotiations and transactions are directly between the principal parties. Artfinity is NOT an agent for the artists or the art purchasers.
- Artworks are generally listed at Suggested Retail Prices (SRP). Most artists will grant discounts to art resellers upon submitting adequate proof of business status (such as a reseller Sales Tax Certificate issued by the state).
- All art prints (paper and canvas) are shipped rolled unless otherwise arranged with the artist. Purchaser is responsible for delivery and handling charges.
- Artfinity is not responsible for any losses, grievances or misunderstandings arising from any transactions or negotiations involving the Art Portfolios.
